Robotic Welding Positioners
OTC DAIHEN robot positioners optimize access to the part for optimal welding position. Our positioners incorporate synchro-motion and multi-axis coordinated motion control. These units allow our robotic welding systems to expand up to 32 axes of coordinated motion.
Tilt Turn Positioners
OTC DAIHEN Tilt Turn Positioners offer three variations in payload from 660 lbs (300kg) to 2200 lbs (1000kg). All OTC DAIHEN positioners are controlled from the standard robot teaching pendant. Positioners are operated independently or synchronized with robot. High accuracy operation is made possible by the same AC servo motor and non-backlash reduction gear as our robots. Sleek, robust design allows for easy access and quick part removal.
