- Most problems can be resolved over the phone. If you are experiencing any problems, please first contact one of our service technicians for support.
- In some cases, an OTC DAIHEN service tech may be required to visit your facility.
- For questions on service rates, method of payment or billing questions regarding service, please contact the service coordinator at 937-667-0800
Non-emergency Support
If you have a non-emergency technical question, please send a detailed e-mail that includes your name, company name, phone number, product, part(s) in questions, and any other related information. Someone from the DAIHEN Service Department will contact you during or within the next business day.
24-hour Emergency Service
In the event of an emergency after normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time) technical support is available by calling our main line (937) 667-0800. Please follow the automated phone system. When prompted, please leave a voice mail and include your name, company name, phone number, and a brief description of your problem and we will call you back to assist you.
