User-Friendly Interface
The DM500 is operated via a simple interface that revolves around a single knob that adjusts the voltage and current (wire speed) and visual buttons. A large LED is used to display settings and weld parameters. The buttons can easly be pushed even while wearing welding gloves.
Constant Penetration Control Function
The DM500 comes standard equipped with a Constant Penetration Control Function, which allows for uniform penetration throughout the weld. This functions allows you to maintain superior weld integrity over your competition.
Semi-Automatic & Retrofit Robotic Welding
The DM500 can be setup for both hand welding / semi-automatic usage, as well as be retrofitted onto any other brand robot. Please see our robotic retrofit page for details.
