Arc Welding Robots IconSolution Small & Medium Size Parts

The E Series of dual-station style positioning cells are designed for arc welding of small and medium size parts with simplified operator movement. The operator can prepare the next work while the robot welds on the opposite side. Economical design and compact design are ideal for small- to medium- volume part production schedules.

Quick & Easy Setup

All OTC DAIHEN Almega E Series Arc Cells are shipped pre-assembled to reduce installation time. All are designed with forklift pockets to allow for easy placement in your manufacturing area. Installation is quick and simple, usually accomplished in just a few hours.

Increase Your Throughput

Higher part volume is made possible through the use of two discrete welding tables which eliminates robot idle time and reduces maintenance cost. Each station on the E120 model features large 24" x 32" tables with (2,000 lb.) payload capacity. The E120L model allows welding of larger parts, made ossible from 36” x 48" table with 909 kg (2,000 lb.) payload capacity.
