Arc Welding Robots IconMulti-purpose Design for Both Arc Welding & Material Handling Applications

The AX-V16 is largest dedicated arc welding robot, with a maximum payload of up to 16kg (33 lbs). This unique trait allows the AX-V16 to be used in both arc welding and material handling applications.

Supported Welding Processes

The AX-V16 is used for MIG / MAG, CO2, TIG, and Plasma Cutting applications, for mild and stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and other exotic metals. For welding applications, OTC DAIHEN recommends using our D-series welding supplies, which provides improved welding integrity and control.

The AX-V16 utilizes conventionally mounted wire feeders.
