Basic Arc Welding Robot
The AII-V6 is OTC DAIHEN's newest standard arc welding robot. The AII-V6, like its predecessor AX-V6, supports most welding applications and is one of our most popular products.
AX21 Robot Controller Base
The AII series robots are powered by the new AX21 controller, which features improved resistance to heat and dust, improved reliability in global environments, improved reliability and maintainability, increased sampling frequency for higher detection accuracy, and more.

Supported Welding Processes
The AII-V6 is used for MIG / MAG, CO2, TIG, and Plasma Cutting applications, for mild and stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and other exotic metals. For welding applications, OTC DAIHEN recommends using our D-series welding supplies, which provides improved welding integrity and control.
The AII-V6 utilizes conventionally mounted wire feeders.
